Holger Manske & Partner GmbH was founded in 1996 as a management consulting firm by Holger Manske (†) and two other partners. In 2002 Bertram Pachaly joined as a partner. Since then HMP focused on change management and human performance. Today, the company serves many customers listed in DAX and M-DAX and employs more than 40 individuals.

FIT Talent Management GmbH was founded in 2010 as a subsidiary of HMP. FIT Talent Management is focused on the development, sales and execution of fact based, fair and transparent methods of integrated performance and talent management. This identifies and realizes the full individual professional potential of people and increases their productivity.
